Bnai Zion Foundation’s CEO, Cheryl Bier, and Senior Vice President, Rebecca Harary, met with IE professionals on October 5 in the George and Irina Schaeffer Culture Center.  (Mr. Schaeffer is Chairman of Bnai Zion and a supporter of Israel Elwyn.)  Together they toured IE’s Supported Living Services and Weinberg Retiree Center in Jerusalem.


Bnai Zion board member Jack Goldman, his wife, Esther, and Rebecca Harary toured IE’s Supported Living Services and Weinberg Retiree Center in Jerusalem on October 8.  The Goldmans are shown with an embroidered picture they purchased at the Retiree Center, created by Hannah David, a talented retiree who is proud of her Yemenite background.


Jonny and Avril Manson, friends of Israel Elwyn, popped in to visit IE’s Katie Manson Sensory Garden in Jerusalem on October 15.  The Garden is named for their late daughter.


Naomi Adler, Esq., President & CEO the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, and Talia Lidar, the Federation’s Israeli representative, visited Israel Elwyn on October 17.  After a review of IE’s newer programs, they toured the Katie Manson Sensory Garden and the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Retiree Center with the IE professionals managing the programs.


Angela and Joe Bodanza of St. Petersburg, Florida, and friends of Jonny and Avril Manson, visited the Katie Manson Sensory Garden with Neil Greenbaum of the Jerusalem Foundation on October 23.
