Support Coordinator for IE's Placement Services

Responsibilities:

  • Create and direct personal programs for people with disabilities who are joining the competitive job market
  • Training placement services staff
  • Contact with service recipients and their families, employers and social services departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work required
  • Ability to train and manage staff
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Good organizational and managerial skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent Hebrew (reading, writing, speaking)
     

Experience in employment rehabilitation preferable

Work week Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-3:50 p.m.

Training and guidance provided

Starting date: Immediately
